Intune tenant to tenant migration

I have 1K devices in one tenant (ztz.com) and now I want to migrate all the devices and user to another tenant , how we can process it

There is not first part Intune migration options provided by Microsoft.
However, I think you can use third-party solutions like
Try EBF onboarder
