iOS devices are not checking in to intune…the company portal giving an error as a version not supported. The enrollment method followed is ADE…any suggestions???

Check if any policy created regarding the minimum support version

Yes, update the ios versions on your devices. The minimum version supported is iOS13

Create a policy to push the app version of the company portal app to all devices. To test, you could create a group and add users to it and push the app to the group.
