Issue with windows license being un-activated.

Question

Hi All,

We are using digital windows 10/11 license for all users. 1 of our user is facing an issue with windows license being un-activated.
We tried to restage the device & license was assigned however it went back to un-activated. Could you please help?

    What does the eventer viewer say is happening? What troubleshooting have you done?

    Are you using conditional access rules.
