Our organization has disabled this device.
To fix this, please contact your system admin and provide this error code 135011.
However, the issue is resolved but is there any way we can check who has disabled the device and the root cause?

Well, I think Azure AD record of that device got disabled? If so you can the Audit logs from Azure AD Devices blade?
