Can you check which are not available in Intune from that list and then we have more discussions on those points
Daily tasks with steps
1.Check Site Status
-Monitoring>Overview>System Status>Site Status> Should be green
2.Check the Configuration Manager database status
-Monitoring>Overview>System Status>Site Status> Database right click and select Error
3.Check client status Monitoring>Client Status> Look for errors and take screenshot
4.Check components status
-Monitoring>All components should be green
5.All Status Messages from a Specific Site
-Monitoring>Overview>System Status>Status message queries> All status from site> check failures 6.details
7.Check boundaries created, modified, deleted if its auto enabled
-Monitoring>Overview>System Status>Status message queries> All status from site> Boundaries created..
8.Site System flagged with warning or critical

2.Review the maintenance plan to check that scheduled maintenance tasks are scheduled correctly and effectively depending on configured site 3.settings.
4.Check that Active Directory settings that affect site operations haven’t changed. For example, check that subnets that are assigned to Active 5.Directory sites and that are used as boundaries for Configuration Manager site haven’t changed.
