Question
Has any one seen a prompt like this before? I patching and upgrades are set for a 4 hour count down not a few thousand year prompt. we only had one user send this so i am thinking its machine related.

Yes I agree with Jitesh …
It would be interesting to see from where this toast notification is coming?
Are you using some custom script to have toast notification?
One example here
https://www.capasystems.dk/tech-blog/using-windows-toast-notifications-to-help-users/
This will show toast notification in seconds and that would be crazy as minutes 🙂
$uptime = [int]((get-date)-[system.management.managementdatetimeconverter]::todatetime((get-wmiobject -class win32_operatingsystem).Lastbootuptime)).TotalSeconds
no custom toast notifications just the default one with intune setting to change the countdown time and sleep time. nothing specific.
I have no clue …event logs are your best friend to identify some clue
As suggested, capture the logs that would be helpful to know the reason
what admin logs have reported at the time the device checked in with Intune!
+ https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/diagnose-mdm-failures-in-windows-10#collect-logs-directly-from-windows10-pcs
since its patching week gonna see if it happens again or if it was just a fluke.
That’s interesting! I came across most similar prompt a long time ago sent by one user, Will eager to know from where its popup 🙂
