Syncing Issue on MacOS,Company Portal Failure to Intune.


Hi All,

I am facing the issue on MacOS. The company portal cannot sync the information to Intune. It’s failed.
“There was an error while checking status.”
I tried many times to re-enroll.
+ Select remove device in company portal (mdm profile is removed).
I tried re-enrolling, and I got the new issue: “Unable to confirm settings.” This step began after the MDM profile was installed.
I need help, and could anyone explain the root cause of this and how to fix it?

    Network issue? Did you try another network to check if it is not blocked on FW?Replied by

    Vitalij Charitonov I checked, proxy, vpn, anything related network.
