Troubleshooting Guest Messaging Sync Issues Between Tenants

Question

Hi All,

we are experiencing issues messaging guests that we synched from another tenant. We can find them in teams, but when we send a message nothing happens. Guest is not receiving any messages or notification, both tenant org settings are set to allow messaging. Any solutions?

    JP Rodrigues yes both in Azure, both are on p1 licenses

    Nikita Lunev and Team licenses? They don’t need P1 licenses

    JP Rodrigues need p1 or p2 for sync to work. Won’t even let you create sync config without p1

    Is this a Intune issue or Azure issue?

    Nikita Lunev true.
    Our syncing is working and we can contact the other domain users.
    Do you manage both domains in Azure?
    I configured this few months ago and it worked like it should
