Troubleshooting Post-Setup Errors with NuGet and Get-Package in PowerShell

Question

Hi All,

Is someone trying to upload the ZT Did in Post Setup?
I am experiencing some weird error messages around New get, Get-Package etc.
Sound like Powers hell is not yet ready and path variables are unset.. What would be a fix for those things?

Dominic Spatz ah ok so I was just going to suggest Get-Windows Autopilot Info… but that wouldn’t do the blob storage

I remember seeing errors like this when I was setting it up. I had to add one line to my script. I can get it for you on Monday. I don’t have access to it until then.

Dominic Spatz here’s the line I had to add:
    $ENV:LOCALAPPDATA = ‘C:WindowsSystem32ConfigSystemProfileAppDataLocal’
My script isn’t doing quite the same thing as yours, but hopefully this helps.

I don’t know German, but could be you should Set-Execution Policy to unrestricted?

What’s the use case for this? Why are you doing it?

Peter refurbished devices not the main strategy just a couple of them a year. If you have better ideas in mind, yeah, just tell me

Dominic Spatz Yeah but is this about uploading a hash for autopilot?

Peter it will at first upload it to the Azure blob storage, where then might be further actions
