Unable to sign in to windows device
Question
Hi All,
Unable to sign in to Windows device after autopilot reset. It says the username or password is incorrect, and the device is still in the Intune and Azure portals.

Try some of the following:
-Devices are compliant with Intune
-If another user gets the same issue on that device, if not to a password issue, then try and get remote logs from the device
-check conditional access is not stopping you
– try a fresh wipe and reinstall

Hasini, DBL, check your login info. Try using one of your admin accounts. Make sure you have a net connection after the reset. Is this a Hybrid join PC? Does it have a line of sight to the DC (if hybrid)

Robert and Sean. Before blasting someone regarding a question they have, please read the question. The OP says they cannot log in. so how are they supposed to look at logs?

Sean Bravener’s ‘device is still in Intune and Azure portal’ doesn’t sound like an end user, does it?

The clue is in the error message. Check the logs. Also, please try to at least do basic troubleshooting instead of expecting a forum to do your job for free.
