What problems are you having? What symptoms and what steps have you already taken to investigate?

Simon Hardy from last 1 week devices are not getting win11 23h2 updates on end user device.
1 week before it was working all good and suddenly it stopped working.
There was no changes from console end.
For testing we recreated groups, policies etc etc but still win11 dont kickup on end user devices.
Issue is on bulk devices globally.
When we click check for updates it only shows as you are up to date but win 11 never comes up.
Policies are getting delivered as per logs but not kicking to start win 11 updates.
We also have case with MS from last 6 days but no luck yet.
Do we have any other org with same issue ?

I’m not seeing anything like that. I assume all devices are Windows 11 compatible (in terms of minimum hardware requirements). Have you used log analytics to look at the telemetry to see if they are being blocked by a safeguard hold?

Simon Hardy same here, has worked for a few machines a couple weeks back but others in the policy just say pending install of windows 11 but don’t install after reboot.

I experienced this a while back when doing bulk upgrades. Some devices jumped up to Win11, but some got stuck at ”Pending install”.
I solved it by manually enabling the setting “Allow updates over metered connections”. As soon as the setting was enabled, the devices began downloading and installing Win11.

I had some problem when the boot partition was to small.
