User accidentally allowed personal device to be managed by Corporate Intune and post that he is unable to login using the existing credentials (both personal or office).

User accidentally allowed personal device to be managed by Corporate Intune and post that he is unable to login using the existing credentials (both personal or office). He was only able to login once the office password was reset.

Device was showing as ‘unknown’ under Joined type.

    Issue was resolved by removing the device from Intune but she was forced to change password. It didn’t allow to login otherwise

    He was only able to login with office account once password was reset.
    I retired the device from Intune and the users personal account were present but had to reset the password for those as well.
