User with Intune laptop was unable to logon – The sign-in method you’re trying to use isn’t allowed.

User had laptop for 2 months, all of sudden user was not able to logon.

  1. Is it Azure AD (Entra) joined device or personal device?

    Dod you check the device record in Azure AD to get more details?
