Whenever I choose the ‘Wipe’ option for a laptop in Intune

Hi All,
Hey guys. Happy Thursday!
Quick one for you guys, hopefully.
Whenever I choose the ‘Wipe’ option for a laptop in Intune, I can’t seem to rename the laptop back to its original Computer Name because I get this:
‘The account already exists’ message
I thought by ‘wiping’, it would delete all records so I can use the name again.

The name is still lingering somewhere, either in AD or AAD. Remove all, remove hash, import again and start over again with autopilot. Renaming computers afterwards is asking for trouble.
