windows 10 device where I imported the hash to Intune
Question
Hi All,
Hi Everyone, I got a Windows 10 device where I imported the hash to Intune. Now when I do the whiteglove process, the device gets stuck in the device preparation stage but does create an AD object. When I do the user-driven processes, I can’t log in with my work or school account. It presents me with a personal login that I can use with my Hotmail account. Has anyone seen this before?

Ronald van der Meer, thanks for your reply, yes it is registered as an autopilot object

Wajid Shah, then the ad object should also be created. The white glove process does not create an ad object. It creates an intune object

I’d delete the device from Autopilot, Intune and AAD and then reimport the hash again.

If you import the hash for autopilot, it always creates an Azure ad object. I will check if the device is registered as an autopilot object. https://learn.microsoft.com/…/aut…/registration-overview
