Windows 10 System Enrollment Issue
Question
Hi,
we are in the process to move from SCCM to Intune cloud environment completely. But now we are facing issues with the System auto enrollment to Intune of 50% population of systems.
Not sure what is causing the problem to the around 50% system . Could you please help us with the troubleshooting steps or all checks to be performed in-order to resolve the issue ?

What are the logs file , event need to check or troubleshooting to be perform on the systems which are not getting enrolled would be helpful to find out the resolution of this issue ?

The event logs might have the errors if the intune enrollment group policy didn’t work.
But you need to first ensure that all the prerequisite are in place
1. Intune license
2. Device is Hybrid Azure Ad joined
3 which option is selected in the intune enrolment group policy ? User or device

How are you trying to enroll devices into intune ?
Devices are azure ad joined or hybrid azure ad joined?
We are trying auto enroll all domain joined systems and group policy configuration for enrollment is already configured with Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 licenses.
I can see few of the devices are showing Hybrid Azure AD joined are enrolled to Intune while few of them Hybrid Azure AD joined / Azure AD joined systems are not getting enrolled.
