Windows feature update not happening

Question

Hi All,

One of the win10 client is not updating to 1909. The machine currently having 1809.

Can see the update has downloaded and the status is pending install. Its there from last one week.

Rest all the devices are upgraded to 1909.

We have configured the Deadline for feature updates and quality updates for 2 days.

When checked the device configuration of the device, it says not applicable.

    There could be several reasons for this..

    This could be because of several reasons

    More details will be available in Windows Update Agent event log
