Job Descriptions – 

Design, develop, implement and support high-quality software build systems Maintain SCCM 2007 and Current Branch OSD images at n-1 patch level Maintain and enhance external interfaces to build systems and information in KEDB Provide design and implementation guidance and tutoring as necessary to team members in best practices, tool use, and quality assurance Develop build scripts and tools for builds, using most appropriate languages and technologies e.g.: VB, PowerShell Extensive knowledge on software update sync, software distribution groups, collections, advertisement, deployment and troubleshooting Monitoring and troubleshooting deployment during production cycle Troubleshooting issues with WSUS, SUP, Client not synching with SUP.

Monitoring deployment and generate deployment report.

Generating monthly patching compliance report Plan and open change to deploy software’s to production devices.

Drive the regular clean-up of unused applications and AD Groups.

Windows 7 and 10 Image support issues, regular updates/maintenance Support and maintain SCCM 2007 and Current Branch environment Maintain Antivirus version on the fleet, troubleshooting, measuring and reporting to customer.

Provide Team Roadmap for the services that are provided by the team New hire on boarding training as outlined in KT tracker Coordination with stakeholders and various business function.
