.          Image capture, build and testing

·         Apply layered and other best practices guidelines related to OS image management.

·         Design services for deployment of operating system images, security patches, applications and settings, utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and 1E add-ons, in a medium/large enterprise environment.

·         Create, monitor and report on key metrics.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues,

·         Following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines; and ensuring compliance to service level agreements.

·         Generate compliance reports

·         Demonstrate strong technical and integration skills

·         Experience in creating operating system images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and/or System Center Configuration Manager

·         Advanced knowledge & hands on experience on Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager

·         Hands-on experience on MDT

·         Knowledge on Microsoft SQL queries

·         Ability to resolve complex Imaging incidents.

·         Experience in managing multi-vendor device drivers

·         Ability to build task sequences

·         Experience in creating scripts with VBScript and PowerShell

·         Expert knowledge of the Windows Operating System including a solid understanding of the registry and WMI

·         Ability to certify new hardware models for the Image

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills
