Can boot media be used to deploy CMG

Question

Can boot media be used to deploy the task sequence over CMG using SCCM 2006, if yes we have tried in our environment but it fails to retrieve the content from the CMG and says package not available even though there are package available in it. Any thoughts?

    Amulya bhat why are you putting question heading like this ?

    I think this feature is introduced in technical preview versions ? Not in production version of sccm
