Hi Anoop & Arun, no this not with single device. It’s happening with other models too. I do not know if they are using DHCP scope or ip-helpers. How can I check and verify this?

Hi Jockey, As Anoop asked, Is this the only device facing the issue ? or this is a new setup and you are testing ?

If this is a new setup. Are you using DHCP scope or IP helpers to forward the request to DP ?

If you’re using DHCP scope can you please share scope details you used.

    Thanks,
    arun

  1. Hello Jockey – First of all ask the questions correctly. Put the appropriate heading without that HTMD forum won’t be able to help you.

Is this issue only for this device?
