i have never done it but it seems that you might be able to create a poweplan on a system export it and create a package in sccm to import it. this link explains how to export and import one which i think can be used during a task sequence.

Client Setting is the best options – Power management – https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/clients/deploy/about-client-settings#power-management

You can add also powershell script (Try New-CMPowerManagementCustomPlan ) also into Task Sequence steps to manage Power Settings

You can also use Collection properties to manage Power Setting

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/clients/manage/power/create-and-apply-power-plans
