Unexpected restarts during Autopilot OOBE

Question

Here I am testing the newly created Deployment profile where user driven and OOBE is enabled.

During testing, machines are getting restarted in device setup phase as soon the default security policy is applied.

Same behaviour when account setup phase starts.

I tried to trace down the issue in event viewer but did not find anything useful.

Is this a known issue? I have tried almost everything as per my experience.

Please advise.

  1. Hello, Had you tried to remove the assigned policy to check the behavior? Checking the Windows event Viewer logs will get you more idea about which components or settings triggering the restart. I would recommend you to check the post-Windows Autopilot In-Depth Processes

      Hello Jitesh,

Had you tried to remove the assigned policy to check the behavior?
Yes, I had tried to remove the assigned policies and application to check the behaviour. (Currently I have opened the case with MS.)

Checking the Windows event Viewer logs will get you more idea about which components or settings triggering the restart.
(Event Viewer is not providing any correct reason for restart)

I would recommend you to check the post-Windows Autopilot In-Depth Processe
Sure, I have gone through these steps. I will check this again and repeat the whole process again.
Thanks for your reply. (I will update once the issue is fixed.)
