Had you tried to update the drivers for the device? It’s possible that installing the latest drivers for the device could correct the This device cannot start. (Code 10) error.
#Option 2 – Click Device Manager, Expand Human interface devices Right-click on the selected driver. Click uninstall and restart.
How are you managing drivers using SCCM ? If updating drivers helps to resolve this you can later inject the updated drivers by downloading from the vendor site and use them!!
