Wipro is looking for a Candidate with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of industry experience in a technical support role supporting MS Intune and a minimum of 5 years of Intune support experience. Also, the candidate must have working exposure on Upgradation to the latest versions. One must have expertise in troubleshooting MS Intune-related issues.
They are looking for someone who can serve as a Subject Matter Expert for MEM Transformation planning, design, build, test, and deployment activities. Also able to design HLDs and LLDs for Enterprise MEM that consider customer requirements, scalability, adaptability, and industry best practices.
As per Wipro candidate must be able to handle escalation calls escalated by the L1 team. They are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of mobile device operating systems iOS, Android, and Windows primarily.
