Genpact is looking for a candidate who is capable of maintaining and improving the MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment to support MDM co-management with Intune. Also, maintain and enhance the MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment to support modern desktop management co-management with Intune.

Genpact is asking candidates must be capable of assisting with the design, development, testing, and deployment of configurations for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) supporting both corporate-owned devices and bring your own devices.
The candidate must have a very good understanding and experience in using conditional access policies, PowerShell scripting, and JamF administration. And also tools like Headspin are recommended. Also, responsible for managing Apple devices via Apple Business manager and MDM integration for enrolled devices.
Having a good understanding of Windows device management, such as Intune, Auto Pilot, conditional, configuration, and compliance policies, would be advantageous for the candidate. It is preferred to have a good understanding and experience in using SCCM for desktop and server management.
