Syngenta is having Intune SME Opening for Pune, Maharashtra, India location. Syngenta is looking for candidates for the full-time mid-senior level position. This position requires a hybrid mode of working.

As an Intune SME at Syngenta, candidates applying will be responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, and HoloLens devices, including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, and Compliance management. Also, one should be able to work with various teams to complete solutions as per the requirement/request from the business.

The candidate must be able to perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issues, etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end-user experience. Also, expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages will provide an added advantage.

Syngenta is looking for candidates with 8+ years of total experience in managing iOS, Android, Windows, HoloLens, and Rugged devices using any MDM Solution and a minimum of 3+ years of experience on Intune. Also, able to manage OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, and HoloLens devices.

The candidate must be proficient in the migration of Windows 10 devices from the On-Prem AD+SCCM managed environment to Azure AD+Intune (standalone) managed environment. Also, knowledge of MS-Graph and Power BI will be an added advantage for the candidates applying for the post.
