EML is looking for Intune Team Lead Opening in the USA. EML is looking for Corporate Systems Team Lead for Kansas City Metropolitan Area. This position is a Full-time Associate role. This opening allows the candidate to work in a hybrid mode. This role combines the functions of a Systems Administrator, Help Desk Technician, and Technical Supervisor.

In addition to managing daily activities, Team Leads are responsible for managing corporate systems projects. This role requires both technical and people skills since the Team Lead frequently interacts with users. On-call rotations and occasional after-hours support are required for this position.

A minimum of two years of experience as a senior, lead, supervisor, or manager of a Help Desk or SysAdmin department is required. Also, a minimum of three years of experience in a Help Desk or SysAdmin support role is required. Candidate must have experience in managing Office365 and its associated suite of applications (Exchange Online, Intune, etc) in an Enterprise Environment.
It is possible to work remotely in this role, but employees are required to report to our Kansas City office 1-2 times per week. Approximately 90 percent of the time is spent sitting in the office, and the rest is spent traveling within the building, stooping, reaching, bending, and lifting and carrying objects weighing up to ten pounds.
