This is an exceptional opportunity to become one of the inaugural team members in a newly established DTE office, where you will actively contribute to shaping the IT sourcing strategy. Working alongside a dynamic and agile group of skilled sourcing professionals, you will primarily focus on transforming internal IT sourcing requirements into a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing IT sourcing procurement processes, fostering strong relationships with sourcing partners, and ensuring adherence to robust business processes. As the main point of contact for sourcing partners, you will handle day-to-day operations, escalate issues when necessary, and conduct regular meetings to maintain effective partnerships.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving ongoing process improvements, including the creation and ownership of service reviews and performance reports. Also, Willing to participate in DTE Enterprise-wide programs or projects as needed. Depending on the specific needs of the organizational unit, this position may be exchangeable with other managers within the IT organization.
