The candidate applying for the post can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, and create a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. Also, can ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools SCCM, and Intune to support the transition to Windows 10.

The candidate must be responsible for managing the EUC ticket queue and providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems, Working alongside vendors to investigate solutions Tickets are to be owned until they are successfully resolved, including escalation management to third parties, such as Microsoft Premier Support.

The candidate must have a good understanding of Device Compliance – Rules and policies to remediate devices to comply with the organization’s security requirements with compliance evaluation. Also, knowledge of Defender ATP is required.
