This is a full-time mid-senior-level opportunity with a hybrid mode of working. A minimum of five years of IT experience is required for this position.

The Patch Management Lead will assume a key role in spearheading patch management and vulnerability remediation efforts. This position will be accountable to the Technical Team Lead, Enterprise Patch Engineering.

As the Patch Management Lead, you will oversee a remote team of Patch Administrators who deliver Patch Management services to AHEAD Managed Services customers under the guidance of the engineers from the Enterprise Patch Management team.
Need to be In charge of overseeing and actively engaging in the day-to-day activities of the Remote Patching Team administrators while showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills that are applied throughout the team responsible for Remote Patch Administration.
The candidate must be well-versed in creating software packages for deployment via remote toolsets. Also, Systems Administrator-level knowledge of Windows desktop and Servers operating systems, Linux operating systems, and Mac Operating Systems is required.
