We are seeking a candidate for this position to support the SCCM/SCOM team, which provides enterprise services in a cutting-edge cyber environment. In order to qualify for this position, you must either hold a Secret clearance or be a US citizen with the ability to obtain one.

The candidate must be capable of troubleshooting application errors, operating system(s), server hardware, network communications, and storage allocation issues within the SCCM/SCOM environment. Also, able to utilize diagnostic tools to trace and resolve technical problems.
