Your duties will encompass the deployment and management of software applications, updates, and configurations throughout our organization. By ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and enhancing end-user experiences, you will play a vital role in optimizing our overall performance.
The candidate must be capable of designing, deploying, and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and management consoles. Also, able to enforce configuration baselines and compliance settings using SCCM to ensure standardization and security across endpoints.
The candidate should be able to generate regular reports on software deployments, compliance status, and system performance for management and stakeholders. And participate in the incident and problem resolution related to SCCM infrastructure and client endpoints, providing effective and timely solutions.
