This is a job post for SCCM Admin Role for the US location. SAXON AI is looking for SCCM Administrator for Dallas, Texas, location. They are looking for a candidate with at least 7 to 9 years of experience. This is a full-time On-Site role with SAXON AI.

SAXON AI is looking for a candidate for the L5 level opening, which is titled as SCCM and Windows. To be specific, this opening is for Westlake, TEXAS location. This is a super urgent opening, and SAXON AI is actively looking for SCCM Server Deployments Engineer who has L-3 and L-4 levels of experience.

The candidate must be well-versed in SCCM modules e.g, Application and Patch deployment module and client-side troubleshooting. Primarily the candidate must be responsible for Patch Management, Patching of servers & post troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
SAXON AI is looking for candidates having a working knowledge of VMware, Physical Hardware & Console (HP & Dell). Also, working knowledge of Networking, Storage will be good. And able to analyze and troubleshoot application issues and implement break fixes in accordance with defined SLAs and SOPs.
The candidate must be available on a 24 x 7 basis in case of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours. Also can participate as a team member and fosters teamwork through inter-group coordination within the project modules.
