Milestone is seeking a top-notch SCCM Endpoint Engineer. We are responsible for designing, implementing, and operating the Digital Employee Experience desktop, laptop, and VM environments. This includes creating and deploying desktop builds, packaging all applications, managing desktop group policies, and providing 2nd and 3rd-level support are all part of this process.

A desktop solution development and implementation team are also responsible for improving the user experience and security of desktops. This role aims to improve end users’ experience and productivity by utilizing industry-leading experience platforms.

The relevant activities included application packaging, software deployments, incident and request workflows, scripting, and release management. As a part of the responsibilities, the candidate will also be responsible for developing images, managing patches, and configuring endpoints.

In addition to SCCM, Nexthink, Jamf, iVanti, 1E, and any other endpoint management tools, the ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience.
