This position with CareerAddict’s client requires candidates to know standard build configuration, application deployments, Operating System and application updates, and security patching. Also, one should have excellent skills in EUC problem management. And, have a good understanding of streamlining the desktop and laptop build process.

The candidate should be able to streamline processes using SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10 deployment services, Windows Update for Business, and PowerShell technologies.

As part of the position, you will be involved in Projects, deployment of new software and applications, as well as providing 3rd line technical support to assist the Service Desk and Technical Support teams. Also, one should be aware of the Windows 10 deployment and update processes, including the use of Autopilot.
