Application frequent repeating execution process causes system performance issue

Hi,
I have deployed few software with the Powershell script with Intune Apps on windows 10 targeted system. I have noticed application update deployment is creating multiple .ps1 script in the Intune content directly on below mentioned path.
C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Intune ...
